Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after the date of delivery for in-stock items. This is not applicable to COLLECTED BY CABINE PIECES, Made to Order items and ceramics, which are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In the event an item breaks on its way to a customer we require that the customer inform us of the incident by sending us pictures of the broken item as well as pictures of the inner and outer packaging the item came in. Once we receive these key pieces, the customer will receive a store credit for the broken item’s value. To return your order, please contact HELLO@CABINENEWYORK.com with your order number and details about the item/s you would like to return. All parcels are sent back at your own risk, so please use a traceable service as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the contents of your order was incorrect or arrived damaged.
We will only accept the return of the item/s if it is sent back in the original and unused condition.
You should expect to receive your refund or exchange within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
Ceramics Care
we recommend customers GENTLY hand wash THEIR CABINE PIECES in warm soapy water to preserve their future heirlooms. Not dishwasher safe. Not oven safe.

We primarily ship with FedEx throughout the US and internationally.
Custom Orders
If you are interested in a custom piece or a piece that is no longer available online, please go to our Contact page and fill out the form. If we are able to make the custom piece(s) you are asking for we will require a deposit of 25% of the retail price to be made before production BEGINS.
Pick Up An Order / Shop In The Studio
Please contact us to schedule an appointment to view available Cabine pieces, pick up an order in person or powwow about custom ceramic orders. We take all major credit cards through Square. Additionally, IN the shipping section of our online checkout, you can choose to pick up your piece(s) in THE STUDIO AT NO CHARGE. The studio is located in Cold Spring Harbor, NY.
